Mad Science

June 22 - 26 | 9:45 AM - 1:15 PM | Grades: K-5 | Cost: $125/Camper*

Join us on a live interactive online journey into Mad Science. Learn how planes fly and why buildings fall, where electricity comes from and what makes each animal unique. We will go on Scavenger hunts, do design challenges, and have many mysteries to solve all from the comfort of your own home. This is a custom-made camp just for the JCC of Southern Nevada! Once registered, you will receive a care package of all supplies needed to participate in the week-long camp.



Lego Building

July 6 - 10 | Grades K-2: 10:00 - 10:45 AM | Grades 3-5: 11:00 - 11:45 AM | Cost: $95/Camper*

Play-Well classes are going virtual! Tap into your imagination from the comfort of your own home with the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor and specific pieces from a LEGO® Technic Set- all while connecting virtually with your friends and classmates! Students will dive deep into advanced STEM concepts as they build projects such as catapults, helicopters, and grappling claws. Requires the pieces from LEGO set 42101, which will be included with your registration.



Art Attack Vegas Art Camp

July 13-17 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Grades K-5 | Cost: $140/Camper*

When is a canvas not just a canvas? When an artist transforms it into images of faraway lands, dashing heroes, and splashes of pure color! Go beyond the canvas with Art Attack Vegas where Veronica will virtually guide you in the joy of painting on canvas and other art projects.

Take on the challenge of new ideas and materials to create your own inspired canvas. Experiment with acrylic paint, mix a personalized color palette, and more on your path to painting perfection. All art supplies will be brought right to your doorstep for this week-long camp!



Enter the Gamerverse

July 20 - 24 | 12:30 - 3:30 PM | Ages 9-12 | Cost: $120/Camper*

Join WegoGamez and other like-minded beginners to learn the basics of video game development. In this camp program, you will learn the basics of how to make a video game world and a character that can interact with that world using Source Engine. We will also show you how game developers are commissioned to make games online. Who knows, this may be a career for you one day! Enter the Gamerverse is available to all students age 9-12 who have a curiosity about how games are made. (Campers must have a computer, Windows 10 and internet connection to participate.)
