📅 Tuesday, June 23rd @ 6pm 🍞 Sourdough Bread Baking Class 🥐

In the sourdough starter class, participants will learn the fundamentals of sourdough, including how to create, feed, maintain, and troubleshoot a healthy starter. Each person will leave with their own active sourdough starter, feeding instructions, and the knowledge needed to begin their sourdough baking journey at home. We’ll also discuss the sourdough baking process and how a starter is used to make artisan bread and other recipes.
