The Schedule
Camp J is getting ready for a wonderful two weeks of Winter Camp! We have a packed schedule, lots of surprises & special activities for the two-week camp. Get ready for fun art projects, riveting games, all things sports, fun kid-friendly parties, film club and so much more. Camp J On the Go will return on Tuesdays (Uptown Jungle & Crystal Palace) and we also have Shabbat & awards on Fridays + the return of "Mystery Fridays". WEEKLY PRICE WILL GO UP BY $15 AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2025
Scholarships & Payment Plans: All families must submit the required forms to be considered eligibile for financial assistance. You must be a JCC member to receive scholarhsip funds from Camp J. Become a member at www.jewishnevada.org/jointhej. The deadline to submit the scholarship form is November 14, 2025. All scholarship forms received after that date will only be approved on an as-need basis. We are also happy to assist in setting up payment plans - all payment plans must be paid in-full by December 31, 2025. You can fill out our new, digital form at www.jewishnevada.org/campjscholarships. If you completed the form for Summer 2025 and received scholarship, please just fill out the digital form - no need to send me your tax documents as I already have them. AM Care & PM Care: AM Care is available from 7:30 - 8:30 AM for an additional $10/day. PM Care is available from 4:00 - 5:30 PM for an additional $10/day. PM Care will not be available on Wednesday, December 24 or Wednesday, December 31.
JCC Members: JCC Members will receive a 10% discount on the entire cost of Winter Camp. Please enter code HelloJCC in the coupon section. If your membership has lapsed and you have entered the code, I will reach out to you to renew your membership.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before November 15: 100% Refund (We will charge a $25 cancellation fee)
November 15 - December 15: 50% Refund (We will charge a $25 cancellation fee)
December 15 - January 2: No Refunds [Please contact Danica Torchin at danica@jewishnevada.org for more info on our refund policy]
