The Jewish Geneaology Society of Southern Nevada presents:

UNLV Associate Professor Michael Green talking about “History of the Las Vegas Jewish Community”.
Names like Lansky, Dalitz and Entratter are crucial to the history of the Strip, but long before them, Solomon Carvalho and Adolph Levy were important, too. They are among the Jewish people who lived in or influenced the development of Las Vegas.
This talk will discuss the history of the Las Vegas Jewish community and how it has shaped--and been shaped by--Las Vegas itself.
