Yehuda Amichai (1924-2000) is internationally known as Israel's greatest poet. His poems are beautifully textured versions of both Jewish and universal themes of love, death, and the power of human feeling. The poems will be analyzed seperaetly in English and Hebrew and then participants will come together for a discussion to be conducted in English.
