Join other expecting Jewish parents for a supportive, informative, and joy-filled series as you prepare to welcome your little one. Each session blends expert guidance, Jewish wisdom, and fun, easygoing activities to help you feel confident and connected.

February 8: Childbirth education
March 1: Pregnancy
March 22: Labor & Birth
​April 12: Postpartum

Each class includes:

Expert-led education on childbirth, pregnancy wellness, labor & delivery, and postpartum care

Jewish traditions & values connected to welcoming a new baby

Myth-busting mini-activities to keep things fun and engaging

Community time & Q&A to connect with other expecting parents

 

Who Should Join The Bump Club?
Expecting Jewish parents (solo or with a partner) looking to learn, build community, and explore Jewish connections to welcoming a new baby.

This four-session series is designed best for parents with a due date after July 1, 2026; but we are open to welcome any expectant parents to join us.
