Join us to hear Chef and Restauranteur Norman Chan! Norman will share lively stories of his life growing up in the hospitality industry working on the Strip and cooking for celebrities. Emigrating from Hong Kong, Norm started working in his father’s restaurant in a hotel in downtown San Francisco as a young child learning about the essentials of hospitality before moving to Las Vegas in 1976 with his parents. Upon arriving here, he joined the Hilton Hotel with his dad and worked in several areas of hospitality including room service where he cooked for the likes of the Osmonds, Red Foxx, Ann Margaret and the King, Elvis.
