THE FLOATERS is an offbeat summer camp comedy from director Rachel Israel (Keep the Change, NY Times Critic’s Pick), starring breakout performances from emerging talent and beloved character actors alike – including Jackie Tohn (Nobody Wants This, GLOW) and Sarah Podemski (Reservation Dogs), along with Seth Green, Aya Cash, Jonathan Silverman, and Steve Guttenberg. Their electric, heartfelt portrayals bring to life a diverse Jewish summer camp community that’s rarely seen on screen.

Inspired by the multifaceted Jewish women who have shaped our lives, the film uses irreverent humor and heart to explore how identity, legacy, and belonging intersect across generations. It's a nonpolitical celebration of Jewish culture and a universal coming-of-age story that we believe will resonate with a wide audience.
