Gentle Hatha Yoga is perfect for beginners or seasoned yogis. Gentle Yoga reduces stress, relieves muscle tension, increases flexibility and allows us to find equilibrium and bliss within each pose. Classical hatha asanas (postures) with slight variations, pranayama (breathing) and dyana (meditation) combine to fill our minds, hearts and bodies with the love we need.
