Access your account for the first time in 4 easy steps.
1. Go to jewishnevada.org/portal
2. Click "Having Trouble Logging in?"
3. Follow the prompts and get the reset password email. If you have multiple accounts associated with your email address, it will ask you to pick the correct one. You must enter the email address where you received this invitation.
4. Login using your email address and the password you created.

What can I use the donor portal for?

  • Contact Information - keep contact information current
  • Email Subscriptions - manage email list subscriptions
  • Donations and Pledges - view donation and pledge history, make payments toward an open pledge, make general donations
  • Memberships - view membership history, enroll in membership to the JCC
  • Events - view event registration history, view and register for upcoming events
  • Orders - view store purchase history, make purchases (shipping currently unavailable)

What if I forgot my password?

You may reset your password any time by selecting "Having trouble logging in?" on the login page and following the prompts.

How do I request a Login Name? 

You may request a Login Name by selecting "Create an account" on the login page and following the prompts.

How do I make a donation?

Select "My Donations and Pledges" on the menu on the left.  The "Donate Now" button will bring you to the donation form. 

How do I pay my pledge?

Select "My Donations and Pledges" on the menu on the left.  The "Donate Now" button will bring you to the donation form, where you can select the option to apply your donation to an open pledge.  You may opt to make a recurring monthly payment here.  Your credit card will automatically be charged.  You can edit your preferences at any time.

Can I save my credit card in the portal?

Credit card numbers cannot be saved for future donations unless connected to a recurring donation (whether or not connected to a pledge).  You can edit your preferences at any time.

How do I manage my JCC membership? 

Select "Memberships" on the menu on the left.  From this screen, you can see your membership, renew your membership, or set the membership up for auto-renewal.  

Currently, our JCC only operates in Southern Nevada. If you are in Northern Nevada and are interested in joining, you can use your membership to gain reciprocity at over 100 JCCs throughout North America.
